Once I pay my deposit I want to know if its a refundable deposit. I don’t want to lose my money!

Yes Your Deposit Is Refundable

Yes, your deposit is refundable as long as you have not purchased a car using our service. The concept of a deposit is obviously to buy you a vehicle using our buying service here in Japan. If we have been successful with acquiring you a new vehicle your deposit will be used towards the purchase of the car.

You can request your deposit back at any time as long as you are active within a 6 month period. See our terms and conditions page for more information on refunds.
